Allow Joint To Rest In A Warm Place For 10 Mins Before Carving.
Leave to stand for 2 mins and remove casing before carving. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
Place Onto The Middle Shelf Of The Oven And Cook For 30 Minutes Per 500G Plus 30 Minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour contents of sachet evenly over the joint. Place in a roasting tin and cover loosely with foil. For crunchy crackling, the rind is already scored for you, follow the cooking.
